Jean is a Vice President with ISM, bringing 28 years of experience in marketing and media as the founder and president of Young & Associates, a successful technology-focused public relations firm. Working with organizations as wide ranging as France Telecom, Verizon and ISM, Jean was instrumental in helping companies create and promote programs to achieve customer growth and loyalty. Starting in 1987, she has worked closely with Barton Goldenberg, founder and president of ISM, and has supported his leadership role in moving Sales Force Automation to customer-centric CRM and into today’s world of Social CRM.
In her new role with ISM, Jean will share her public relations and marketing expertise to help companies review, expand and create CRM and Social CRM programs. Of special interest for Jean is a new ISM offering – Social Media Policy – which ISM is providing clients as a stand-alone assessment or as part of ISM’s Social CRM offerings. Jean will work closely with Kathy Barton, ISM’s Senior Vice President, combining her public relations experience with Kathy’s Human Resources expertise to offer customized Social Media Policy guidance to organizations of all sizes.
Jean earned a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida.
