Michael Bender is a Senior Vice President with ISM, focusing on Technology and how it integrates with and drives business strategies. He is a proven executive with a reputation for developing business and technology strategies and tactics to drive revenue and support corporate goals. Michael has worked with fast-growing technology companies, Fortune 500 companies and start-ups.
Michael has extensive experience leading implementations of CRM and other commercial systems for companies such as Verizon, ESPN, Comcast, and Frontier. His areas of expertise include business requirements, business process improvement, commercial software implementation, enterprise application integration, acceptance testing, training, go live, and post-implementation support and operations. Michael has experience working with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that programs are delivered on time and on budget. He has also turned around projects that were significantly delayed and quickly gotten them back on track for successful delivery.
Prior to joining ISM, Michael was General Manager and Vice President of consulting for Excelacom, a leading provider of business and technology consulting services. Michael has held senior management positions with Sodalia (a division of Telecom Italia) and Verizon. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from West Virginia University.
