John Chan

ISM Customer Engagement Support Director

John Chan supports ISM team members executing our customer engagements.


Prior to his current position, John served as Director of ISM’s Software Testing Lab responsible for software testing and defining the evaluation criteria in the industry-leading publication The Guide to CRM Automation, which was published for 16 consecutive years.

Prior to joining ISM in 1999, John worked on numerous marketing and consulting projects, including conducting a market research project for Citibank, organizing focus groups for US Airways and coordinating market research studies assessing e-mail usage in major metropolitan areas. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.

John Chan holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Georgetown University and a BA with honors from Colgate University.
