Maggie is a Senior Vice President with ISM, focusing on structuring large engagements and maximizing their impact on achieving business strategies.  Maggie has worked with ISM clients to provide business process mapping, data management, data analytics, data migration, CRM assessments and program management, technology solutions, business assessments, and other services. She has worked with ISM clients including Central Willamette Credit Union, Continental Mills, Fall Creek, Jaguar Land Rover, Blue Shield of California, MechoSystems, Pacific Life, and TrueBlue, USE Credit Union, among others.

Maggie is a proven executive with over 25 years of business experience and a consistent track record of successfully delivering complex programs.  She has extensive program management skills, solid business process expertise, and a technical IT background, which she leverages to optimize business results.  She has spent much of her career focusing on data analysis to transform large and complex datasets into actionable, business-focused insights to assist clients with critical business decisions.  Maggie has worked with a variety of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500s, including companies in North America and Europe.

Management Profile: Maggie has extensive experience leading large-scale implementations of enterprise-wide systems and providing consulting services and expertise for companies such as Verizon, Jaguar Land Rover, SBC, Comcast, E-Plus, and others.  Her areas of expertise include data analytics and decisions, data sanitation and migration, CRM and ERP program management, strategic program re-alignment, business requirements, business process re-engineering, vendor selection, data management, program design authority, and call center diagnostics.  She has experience structuring complex programs and restoring order to projects in adverse or crisis situations while working with business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
