Business Process Consultant

ISM (www.ismguide.com), a Customer Strategy consulting firm founded in 1985, is seeking to engage with 1099 sub-contractors available to get involved in current and future ISM business process engagements.  Here are the skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with high-level company executives in industry or as a consultant
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical industry experience as a manager or executive managing sales, marketing, or operations.
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to work with clients to document “as is” processes and develop new “to be” processes. Includes the ability to identify key process attributes and develop process flow diagrams
  • Ability to provide strategic and tactical advice concerning the future development of the business process subject area
  • Knowledge of front-office software (e.g., CRM) for sales, marketing or service and related software tools (e.g. Visio) that support business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project scope, schedule and budget to meet ISM and customer requirements
  • Ability to develop add-on and up-sales to current customer engagements
  • Willing to work with other ISM personnel specialized in technology and organizational change management in support of our people/process/technology team approach

Technology Consultant

ISM (www.ismguide.com), a Customer Strategy consulting firm founded in 1985, is seeking to engage with 1099 sub-contractors available to get involved in current and future ISM technology engagements.  Here are the skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with high-level company executives
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical industry experience as a manager or executive of IT or technical operations.
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to work with clients to assess capacity of the organization to manage current and future technical approaches.
  • Ability to perform technology assessments and recommend front-office software in the areas of sales, marketing and customer service and supporting IT software for integration, data management and emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Customer engagement processes and tools
    • CRM software functionality
    • Integration between back-office transactional and front-office customer systems
    • Data & analytics
    • Emerging technologies including AI/ML, AR/VR and other such technology
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project scope, schedule and budget to meet ISM and customer requirements
  • Ability to develop add-on and up-sales to current customer engagements
  • Willing to work with other ISM personnel specialized in business process, technology and organizational change management in support of our people/process/technology team approach

 

Strategic Consultant

ISM (www.ismguide.com), a Customer Strategy consulting firm founded in 1985, is seeking to engage with 1099 sub-contractors available to get involved in current and future ISM customer strategy consulting engagements.  Here are the skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with VP and C suite customers including demonstrated ability to develop long-term relations
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical industry experience as a senior manager or executive managing sales, marketing, operations or IT.
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to work with clients to create customer strategies aimed at enhancing sales, marketing and customer service engagements
  • Ability to deliver complex solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to develop add-on and up-sales to current customer engagements
  • Knowledge of CRM and related software tools that support customer strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project scope, schedule and budget to meet ISM and customer requirements
  • Willing to work with other ISM personnel specialized in business process, technology and organizational change management in support of our people/process/technology team approach
