The most significant reason behind my prediction? Subject matter expertise and instructional design knowledge are crucial.

VR cannot stand alone; for it to have maximum educational impact, it needs to be paired with knowledge of a topic and proper instructional design. Without that knowledge, at best, corporate learners will not absorb information.
