ISM Announces its New Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Strategy & Implementation Practice
Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) will be the most disruptive technology for the next decade. Worldwide spending on VR/AR is forecasted to accelerate out of the COVID-19 pandemic, growing from $12 billion in 2020 to $75 billion in 2024 to $1.5 trillion in 2030. The largest initial VR/AR applications will be in training & education, remote collaboration including field service, and marketing & sales.
